Mohenjo-Daro- was one of the largest settlements of the ancient Indus Village Civilization. It was abandoned in the 19th century BCE, and was not rediscover until 1992.

Harappa- It was named harappa because of the nearby water. Long ago modern harappa has a railway station left from the period of the British administration, but now it's just a small crossroads town.
